Natural Materials
Some KRISHEEN pieces may feature natural stones, natural pearls, shells or other natural materials. Natural materials are formed by nature and therefore may naturally vary in colour, tone, shape, size, texture, pattern, surface and lustre.
They may also contain natural characteristics such as small inclusions, marks, lines, pits, indentations or other irregularities. These are inherent to the material and are not necessarily flaws or defects.
We carefully select and work with these materials, but natural materials cannot be expected to have perfect uniformity. These variations are part of their natural character and may make each piece subtly different from another.
Handcrafted variations and characteristics inherent to natural materials do not constitute product defects and do not, by themselves, qualify for a return, replacement, exchange or store credit, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Orders & Payments

An order is considered accepted by KRISHEEN once the order has been successfully processed and confirmed.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
For an order successfully cancelled before dispatch, KRISHEEN will issue store credit for the eligible amount. No monetary refunds will be provided.

KRISHEEN's return, replacement, exchange and store-credit terms are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy.
KRISHEEN does not provide monetary refunds for purchases, except where required by applicable law.
